The Municipalité de Chelsea embarked on an ambitious vision for the future of its community, encapsulated in the 2040 Strategic Plan. This plan aims to guide Chelsea’s development over the next two decades, prioritizing sustainability, community engagement, and responsible growth. To effectively communicate this vision, the Municipality needed a visual identity and digital presence that would resonate with residents, stakeholders, and employees, conveying the plan’s importance and fostering community support.

The Challenge

The goal was to help build out the 2040 Strategic Plan and then aid with the visual identity and cohesive presentation that would:

  • Engage and Inform the Community: The visual identity needed to highlight the Municipality’s dedication to sustainable growth and community involvement, making complex planning concepts approachable and engaging for Chelsea’s residents.
  • Build a Digital Hub for the Plan: A landing page website was essential to serve as the central digital resource for community members, where they could explore details of the plan, access resources, and provide feedback.
  • Support Consistent Messaging Across Channels: The brand identity needed to be adaptable across multiple formats, from digital presentations and posters to physical merchandise for employees, ensuring a unified look and feel for the 2040 Plan.

The Outcome

The launch of the 2040 Strategic Plan’s visual identity and website was met with positive feedback from the Chelsea community. Key outcomes included:
